Privacy Policy for Sensi AI

This Privacy Policy explains how Sensi AI ("we," "us," "our," or "the App"), developed by ZOXO Technologies, handles information when you use the mobile application.
Sensi AI does not require you to create an account or sign in. We do not operate a developer-owned account database for ordinary app use. However, the App uses third-party services for advertising, ad mediation, and subscription management, and those services may process certain device, advertising, usage, and purchase-related information as described below.
1. Information We Do Not Directly Request
Sensi AI does not require you to provide your name, phone number, home address, or email address to use the App. We do not ask you to create a user account or password.
If you contact us by email, we will receive the information you choose to include in your message, such as your email address and the contents of your request.
2. Information Processed on Your Device
Features such as sensitivity settings, device selections, and other inputs used by the App may be processed on your device for app functionality. We do not intentionally send these inputs to a developer-owned database or use them to create a personal profile of you.
Please note that third-party SDKs used for advertising and subscriptions may separately process technical or transaction-related information as described in this policy.
3. Advertising and Ad Mediation
Sensi AI uses Google AdMob and Google Mobile Ads technology to display advertisements. We also use AdMob Mediation to allow ads from participating third-party demand partners, including Meta Audience Network, to be shown in the App.
Depending on the SDK, device, region, and ad configuration, advertising services may process information such as:
- IP address and information that may be used to estimate general location;
- Android Advertising ID and other device/app identifiers;
- app and ad interactions, such as launches, impressions, taps, and video views;
- device, operating-system, app-version, and technical information; and
- diagnostic or performance information used for advertising, measurement, security, and fraud prevention.
These services may use the information described above to deliver, measure, personalize, limit, and protect advertising, subject to their own policies and the privacy choices available in your region and on your device.
Google's mobile advertising documentation states that the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect IP address, user product interactions, diagnostic information, and device/account identifiers for advertising, analytics, and fraud-prevention purposes. AdMob mediation can also send ad requests to third-party ad sources such as Meta Audience Network.
4. Subscriptions and RevenueCat
Sensi AI uses RevenueCat to manage and verify in-app subscription access and entitlements.
No sign-in is required for RevenueCat to work. When the RevenueCat SDK is configured without a custom user ID, RevenueCat can generate an anonymous App User ID for the user on the device. RevenueCat may process technical information and purchase or subscription information needed to determine subscription status, including purchase-related information received from the app store.
RevenueCat's documentation states that its end-user processing can include device type and operating system, last-seen information, Google purchase tokens or Apple receipt information, and—when applicable—an App User ID and additional metadata. RevenueCat also states that Google Play apps using RevenueCat should disclose purchase history in Google Play's Data Safety section.
Payments for subscriptions are handled through the applicable app-store billing system. We do not require you to provide your card number or bank details directly to us through Sensi AI.
5. How We Use Information
We use information that we directly receive only for purposes such as:
- providing, maintaining, and improving the App;
- responding to support requests;
- verifying subscription access and entitlements;
- maintaining advertising functionality and measuring ad performance; and
- preventing abuse, fraud, or misuse where applicable.
6. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information from a developer-owned user database. However, the App necessarily works with service providers and technology partners that may process information on their own systems, including Google services, RevenueCat, and advertising partners participating through AdMob Mediation such as Meta Audience Network.
Those companies may act as independent controllers or service providers depending on the applicable law and the specific processing involved. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
7. Third-Party Privacy Policies

These third-party policies may change from time to time. You should review the latest versions published by the respective providers.
8. Children's Privacy
Sensi AI is not directed specifically to children under 13, or the applicable minimum age in the jurisdiction where the App is used. We do not knowingly request personal information from children through an account or sign-up process.
9. Your Privacy Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights relating to access, deletion, correction, objection, restriction, or other privacy choices. Because Sensi AI does not maintain a traditional user account system, some requests may concern information controlled by third-party providers such as Google, Meta, or RevenueCat. In those cases, the relevant provider's privacy tools and procedures may apply.
You can also manage certain advertising settings through your Android device and applicable consent or privacy controls presented by advertising services in supported regions.
10. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information that we directly control. However, no internet transmission or third-party service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Third-party providers may store and process information according to their own security practices and retention policies.
11. Data Retention
We do not maintain a developer-owned profile database for ordinary Sensi AI use. Information received through support communication is retained only as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, resolve issues, comply with legal obligations, or protect our rights. Third-party providers may retain information according to their own policies.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our App, services, SDKs, advertising partners, subscription system, or legal requirements change. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
